Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention are a data scheduling method and device, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receives a PDCCH sent by a base station; the terminal determines resource indication information on the basis of the PDCCH, wherein the resource indication information has a corresponding relationship with a time domain position of the sTTI for transmitting data; the terminal determines, on the basis of the resource indication information, the time domain position of the sTTI used for transmitting data.
