Abstract:
The data transmission device according to the present technology is provided with a transmission processing unit for carrying out a process for transmitting sensing data for a detection subject in response to the occurrence of an event that matches a condition specified as an event pertaining to the detection subject, wherein the sensing data includes type information indicating the type of sensing data. The transmission processing unit determines whether the type of the sensing data is a specific type, stores, when the type is not the specific type, non-specific-type information indicating that the type is not the specific type in the type information, and carries out a process for generating the sensing data, which includes text data storing detection result information expressing a detection result for the detection subject as text and type information indicating the data type of the detection result information, and transmitting the sensing data.
