Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a data transmission method and apparatus, and a communication device. The method comprises: user equipment, as a response to a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) resource having a first priority, maintaining downlink communication with a serving cell for a first duration after the end time of the first PUSCH resource, wherein the first duration is a period of time between the end time of the first PUSCH resource and the end time of a predetermined downlink control information (DCI) monitoring occasion, and the DCI monitoring occasion is the first DCI monitoring occasion after the end time of the first PUSCH resource and after a second duration.
