Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application disclose a data transmission method and apparatus, and a device, which may be applied in wireless access devices such as base stations, and may be used to implement TTI-level energy conservation under user perception rate lossless conditions. The method may comprise: according to the data amount of downlink data used for transmission at a target TTI and a first transmission strategy corresponding to one or more users, determining a second transmission strategy of the one or more users at the target TTI, so that the second transmission strategy of a target user among the one or more users is different from the first transmission strategy. In addition, second energy consumption corresponding to the second transmission strategy is less than first energy consumption corresponding to the first transmission strategy. Second time-frequency resources occupied under the second transmission strategy are greater than first time-frequency resources occupied under the first transmission strategy, and the second time-frequency resources are less than available time-frequency resources provided by a base station at the target TTI.
