Set forth in the present application are a data transmission method, an apparatus and a storage medium, the method comprising: when a UE determines that it is not possible to simultaneously transmit a UL service and an SL service, comparing priority levels of a UL channel and an SL channel, and transmitting the services according to the comparison result.
