Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal device. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first configuration information sent by a network device, the first configuration information being used for determining configuration information of a preconfigured resource; when the preconfigured resource is activated, the terminal device transmits uplink data or receives downlink data using the preconfigured resource.
