Abstract:
The present application provides a data transmission method and apparatus for a wireless backhaul network. The method comprises: a wireless backhaul node determines a report node of the data volume of a first type of data packets from a plurality of next-hop nodes of the wireless backhaul node on an uplink according to the data volume of the first type of data packets, the data volume of a second type of data packets, and the data volume of a third type of data packets; the wireless backhaul node sends a cache state report to the report node for indicating the data volume of the first type of data packets; at least one type of the first type of data packets, the second type of data packets, and the third type of data packets comprises data packets from an adaptation layer entity of the wireless backhaul node and/or data packets from a wireless link control layer entity from the wireless backhaul node. The data transmission method and apparatus for a wireless backhaul network can flexibly report the data volume to be sent of the wireless backhaul node, so as to reasonably perform uplink shunting by using a plurality of links.
