Abstract:
The present application provides a data transmission method, which enables a terminal device to determine, according to a data transmission means, a means for monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), thereby reducing the impact of a terminal device monitoring a PDCCH for a long time due to an excessively long round-trip delay in a satellite communication system, and reducing the power consumption of the terminal device. The method comprises: receiving a first PDCCH, the first PDCCH comprising first downlink control information (DCI), the first DCI being used to indicate a first resource, and the first resource being used to carry first uplink data; determining a first time period or a second time period, the first time period comprising a time period of monitoring a second PDCCH, and the second time period not comprising the second PDCCH; and monitoring the second PDCCH according to the first time period or the second time period.
