Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a data transmission method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a first access network device sending a first data subset to a second access network device, the first data subset being a subset of data in a first data set, wherein the first data set is one set among at least one data set of a first radio bearer of a terminal device; and the first access network device sending a second data subset to the terminal device, the second data subset being a subset of data, other than the first data subset, in the first data set. Thus, the transmission efficiency of a data set can be improved, and the continuity and integrity of transmission of the data set can thus be improved.
