Abstract:
A data transmission method and device, comprising: checking in the local area network of a mobile terminal for media output devices that match pre-set requirements, and determining at least one media output device among the detected media output devices as the target media output device; obtaining the device information of the target media output device, and using the physical address of the target media output device contained in the device information to transmit to the target media output device a communication connection request so as to establish a data transmission link with the target media output device. When it is determined that data is to be transmitted, first data to be transmitted is obtained and is transmitted to the target media output device by means of the established data transmission link. By using the technical solution of the present application, when performing multiple data transmissions to a target media output device, a user needs not to reselect the target media output device for connection establishment for each transmission, thereby enhancing user experience.
