Abstract:

Disclosed are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: determining a complex number sequence required to be used, wherein a length of the complex number sequence is L, each element of the complex number sequence is selected from a complex number set comprising N complex number values, one of the N complex number values is 0, and a probability of each element of the complex number sequence being 0 is P and 0 < P < 1, or a proportion of an element "0" in the complex number sequence is R and 0 ≤ R ≤ (L - 1) / L, L being an integer greater than 1, and N being an integer greater than or equal to 2; then processing a data symbol to be transmitted by utilizing the complex number sequence to generate a data symbol sequence; finally transmitting the data symbol sequence.
