Abstract:
The present application provides a data transmission method and a device, capable of simplifying a data transmission process, and enhancing data transmission security while reducing signaling and resource overheads. The method comprises: a first access network apparatus acquiring a first key parameter; the first access network apparatus receiving a first message from a second access network apparatus, the first message indicating that a terminal apparatus has moved into a coverage area of the second access network apparatus, and data transmission is required between the terminal apparatus and the second access network apparatus; the first access network apparatus sending, according to the first message, a first key to the second access network apparatus, the first key being generated on the basis of the first key parameter; the first access network apparatus assisting, by using the first key, the second access network apparatus and the terminal apparatus to transmit data; and the first access network apparatus acquiring a second key parameter used for next data transmission of the terminal apparatus.
