Abstract:
Provided by the present disclosure are a data transmission method and device, the method comprising: after starting up a target timer corresponding to a target direct link logical channel, determining a target resource on the basis of whether resource configuration information transmitted by a base station is received before the target timer ends timing, the resource configuration information being resource information of a first resource configured by the base station for a terminal, and the first resource being a resource used for transmitting target data to be transmitted on the target direct link logical channel; and transmitting the target data on the target direct link logical channel by means of the target resource. By using the present disclosure, the time delay in direct link data transmission is reduced and the service quality of the direct link is improved.
