Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a data transmission method and a related device. The method comprises: a terminal transmits a first physical channel by means of multiple carriers, wherein the total quantity of frequency domain resources on the multiple carriers allocated to the first physical channel does not exceed a first value and/or a transport block size (TBS) borne by the first physical channel does not exceed a second value, the first value being used for indicating the maximum quantity of the frequency domain resources occupied by the terminal for transmitting one physical channel within one carrier, and the second value being used for indicating the maximum value of the TBS that can be borne by the physical channel transmitted by the terminal within one carrier. Hence, the present application enables existing capability terminals to support the use of multiple carriers to transmit a physical channel.
