Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of distributed computation. Provided are a data transmission method and system in aggregation communication. The method comprises: a first computing device acquiring a sending index table of the first computing device, wherein the sending index table is used for indicating information of a second computing device corresponding to each of a plurality of data blocks to be sent by the first computing device, and the information of the second computing device indicates a computing device for receiving each data block; the first computing device respectively sending the plurality of data blocks to a plurality of second computing devices according to the sending index table; and the plurality of second computing devices respectively receiving the plurality of data blocks, wherein the data blocks received by the second computing devices are continuous data blocks. During data transmission, data block copying is not required, so that the time for transmitting discontinuous data blocks between different processes is conserved, thereby solving the problem of a communication link being time-consuming, and thus breaking through the performance bottleneck of distributed computation.
