Abstract:

Provided is a data transmission method. The method comprises: a user equipment (UE) acquiring a maximum transmission power; the UE determining a transmission power of a data channel and/or a transmission power of a control channel according to the maximum transmission power and a first parameter, wherein the first parameter comprises at least one of the following: the bandwidth of the data channel, the bandwidth of the control channel and the carrier type of a carrier where a first link is located; and the UE sending the control channel and the data channel over the same subframe. Therefore, in the embodiments of the present invention, according to the maximum transmission power and at least one of the bandwidth of the data channel, the bandwidth of a control channel and the carrier type of a carrier where a first link is located, the transmission power of the data channel and/or the transmission power of the control channel on the same subframe can be determined over the same subframe, thereby reasonably determining the control information and the transmission power of data.
