Abstract:
The present application relates to a data transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device. A network device sends first authorization information to a terminal device, and after receiving the first authorization information, the terminal device determines a plurality of HARQ processes according to the first authorization information, and transmits at least one physical channel by means of at least one of the plurality of HARQ processes. In the present application, a plurality of HARQ processes can be determined by means of a piece of first authorization information, reducing overheads indicated by an HARQ process number, and improving the reliability of system transmission.
