The present disclosure provides a data transmitting and receiving method and device, and a wavelength configuration method and device. Specifically, the data transmitting and receiving method comprises: a first optical module receiving control information transmitted by a second optical module; the first optical module adjusting transmission and reception wavelengths according to the control information; and the first optical module performing data transmission and reception with the second optical module according to the adjusted transmission and reception wavelengths.
