Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide technology for easily participating in DR. To solve the problem, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is "a database building system characterized by comprising an information provision request unit comprising an information provision screen on which a user inputs DR target facility information, a facility profile correction unit for correcting a DR target facility template profile on the basis of DR target fundamental information and the DR target facility information, and a power adjustment amount foundation database generation unit for generating a power adjustment amount foundation database for determining a power amount and classification for the DR response for a DR target facility on the basis of the corrected template profile and a power transaction rule for establishing classifications for a DR response."
