Abstract:
The present utility model discloses a DC brushless outer rotor motor, comprising a base, an outer rotor assembly, a shaft, a stator assembly, a control panel, and a Hall circuit board. The outer rotor assembly and the shaft are fixedly connected to each other. The stator assembly is sleeved inside an inner cavity of the outer rotor assembly. A sleeve seat protrudes from a middle portion of the base. The stator assembly is connected to the sleeve seat, and the shaft is supported in the sleeve seat. A rear cover is mounted on the base, and an accommodation cavity is formed between the base and the rear cover. A first through hole is formed in the base. The accommodation cavity is internally provided with an insulation seat. A protrusion protrudes from the bottom of the insulation seat toward the inner cavity, and is embedded in the first through hole. A recess is formed in the insulation seat above the protrusion. The control panel is mounted in the insulation seat. The Hall circuit board is mounted in the recess, and at least one Hall element is disposed at the bottom of the Hall circuit board. The Hall element is disposed near a bottom surface of the recess. The control panel and the Hall circuit board are easily mounted. The distance between the respective Hall elements and a magnetic tile is the same, such that the data collected by the Hall elements is more accurate.
