In the board there is a bright spot to view in the dark in the board battery, LED Light, " ON /OFF" Switch Recharge pin holder are fixed. There is a small circular board with small hole, LED Light behind it. We can see the light in the front side by viewing the light we can start meditation. b) TO VIEW DARK SPOT IN THE WHITE BACKGROUND In a circular white board focus LED Light we can see black spot in the middle by viewing the black spot we can do the meditation it is another method. 2. Two lens are fixed straight to the eyes in this DCD Box and there is a controller to adjust the lens to move front and back Method of using i) Keep the instrument by covering both eyes and fix the elastic band on the head. ii) Switch on the button in the visual board and adjust the lens to view the spot clearly continuous view the spot more than 10 minutes for every day.
