Abstract:
Disclosed are a DCDC architecture suitable for different input power grids and a control method therefor. The DCDC architecture comprises a primary conversion module, a first transformer T1, a secondary conversion module, a controller, a second transformer T2 and a secondary rectification module, wherein a primary winding W5 of the second transformer T2 is connected in series to a primary winding W1 of the first transformer T1 and is then connected to an output end of the primary conversion module; a secondary winding W6 of the second transformer T2 is connected to an input end of the secondary rectification module; an output end of the secondary rectification module is connected in parallel to an output end of the secondary conversion module; a primary side or a secondary side of the second transformer T2 is provided with a changeover switch K; and according to a bus voltage of the primary conversion module, the controller controls the changeover switch K to put the second transformer T2 and the secondary rectification module into operation or to make same exit operation. By means of the present invention, the problem of rear-stage DCDC multi-channel parallel current sharing of a high-power on-board charger (OBC) and the problem of single-phase and three-phase input voltages being compatible are solved; and the present invention has the advantages of a small number of devices, implementation thereof being simple and easy, etc.
