Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to cause no overload to cutting blades, reduce the damages of the cutting blades and the like to maintain high operating efficiency, and improve the yield of a meat in an automatic deboning process of a work. In an automatic deboning apparatus (10), an X-ray irradiation section (30) is provided upstream in the work conveying direction of a meat cutting section (50). In the X- ray irradiation section (30), an X-ray (r) is emitted from an X-ray irradiation device (34) toward a work (w), and an X-ray transmission image obtained by transmitting through the work (w) is subjected to image processing in an image analysis processing unit (40) to obtain two-dimensional position coordinates of a bone site. Three robot arms (52a) to (52c) provided with cutting blades (58a) to (58c) are provided in the meat cutting section (50). A storage unit (62) of a controller (60) stores three-dimensional position coordinates of target operating loci of the cutting blades (58a) to (58c). The target operating loci are modified by the two-dimensional position coordinates of the bone site obtained in the image analysis processing unit (40) every work.
