Abstract:
A debris cleaning device for mechanical equipment processing, comprising a base (1), wherein an extraction box (2) is arranged at an upper end of the base (1), an extraction pipe (3) is connected to an upper surface of the extraction box (2), an air blowing conduit (4) is connected to one side of the extraction pipe (3), an anti-blocking air blowing pipe (5) is connected to one end of the air blowing conduit (4), an air blowing pump (6) is fixedly connected to an upper end of the extraction pipe (3), an air blowing port of the air blowing pump (6) is in communication with one end of the anti-blocking air blowing pipe (5), a vacuum pump (7) is arranged at one end of the base (1), a collecting cavity (11) is arranged inside the extraction box (2), an air suction pipe (13) is arranged at one end of the collecting cavity (11), an air suction port of the vacuum pump (7) is fixedly connected to one end of the air suction pipe (13), a filter screen (12) is arranged at the other end of the air suction pipe (13), and a cleaning plate (15) is arranged on the surface of the filter screen (12); when the debris cleaning device is used, air is blown into the extraction pipe (3) through the air blowing pump (6) and the air blowing conduit (4), thereby reducing the phenomenon of blockages caused by debris sucked into the extraction pipe (3); and under the extraction of the vacuum pump (7), a fan (14) in the air suction pipe (13) is driven by the air flow to rotate, and the cleaning plate (15) is then driven to rotate so as to clean the surface of the filter screen (12), thereby preventing the filter screen (12) from being blocked.
