Abstract:
A decarbonization and desulfurization method for a mixed gas containing a combustible gas, relating to the technical field of purification of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in a mixed gas. In the method, a sodium sulfide solution is used for chemically absorbing carbon dioxide; a decarbonized mixed gas is rich in hydrogen sulfide; the decarbonized sulfur-rich gas flows through a sulfur device or a sulfuric acid device to generate sulfur or sulfuric acid, and the decarbonized sulfur-depleted gas flows through sodium hydroxide to absorb hydrogen sulfide and then generate a decarbonized and desulfurized purified gas; an intermediate product, i.e. sodium bicarbonate, is thermally decomposed to generate sodium carbonate; and caustic soda is prepared by means of a causticization method therefrom and is used for washing hydrogen sulfide using sodium hydroxide. In a production process, material coupling between materials produced in each step and materials which need to be charged is achieved, and heat coupling of reaction heat during the production process and a reaction process which needs heating is achieved. By integrating the capture, storage and desulfurization of energy gas carbon dioxide, continuous mass production of sodium sulfide can be achieved, the production cost is greatly reduced, and sodium sulfide is used for absorbing carbon dioxide so as to purify synthesis gas and natural gas.
