Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of wastewater decolorization. Disclosed is a decolorization device applied to the treatment of high-chroma wastewater. The decolorization device comprises a filtering basin, a sedimentation tank and a stirring box, wherein the filtering basin is in communication with the sedimentation tank by means of a first conveying component; the sedimentation tank is in communication with the stirring box by means of a second conveying component; a stirring component is provided in the stirring box; a stirring portion comprises a stirring shaft and stirring blades; and the several stirring blades are arranged on the stirring shaft and include upper blades and lower blades. All corners of blade forming portions of the upper blades and the lower blades are rounded, the bottom of each lower blade is provided with a clamping block, and each clamping block is provided with two scraping plates symmetrically arranged along the central axis thereof, which increases the height and longitudinal stirring force of the stirring blades, reduces the dead angle of stirring and provides more influence on the stirring quality in a lower portion of the stirring box, so as to avoid the problem whereby stirred material falls to the bottom of the blades and thus cannot be fully stirred, thereby achieving high stirring efficiency.
