Abstract:

Provided are a decontamination solution capable of preventing, when decontaminating the interior of a working chamber such as an isolator using decontamination mist containing hydrogen peroxide, charging of the decontamination mist and preventing excessive wetting and dripping on interior walls of the working chamber which is to be decontaminated, and a device and method for decontamination using the same.　The decontamination solution comprises hydrogen peroxide solution containing a substance capable of increasing an electric conductivity of an aqueous solution dissolved therein. The substance is preferably an electrolyte and more preferably an inorganic salt or an organic acid. The decontamination solution preferably has an electric conductivity of 14 μS/cm or more. The decontamination solution preferably has a residue on evaporation of 30 ppm or less. The device and method for decontamination release the decontamination solution as decontamination mist into the interior of a chamber to be decontaminated, thereby decontaminating the interior of the chamber to be decontaminated.
