Abstract:
A decorative laminated sheet with a woven surface layer comprises: a first direction woven
strip (1) and a first anti checking paper strip (4), the top surface of the first
anti checking paper strip (4) is bonded to the undersurface of the first direction
woven strip (1) to form a first direction woven piece, the undersurface of the
first anti checking paper strip (4) is coated with an adhesive layer; a second direction
woven strip (2) and a second anti checking paper strip (4'), the top surface
of the second anti checking paper strip (4') is bonded to the undersurface
of the second direction woven strip (2) to form a second direction woven piece,
the undersurface of the second anti checking paper strip (4') is coated
with an adhesive layer; the first and second direction woven pieces form a sheet
with a woven surface layer by means of crossover or weaving; an anti checking paper
layer (5), the top surface of which is bonded to the undersurface of the sheet with
a woven surface layer, further to form a flat bottomed sheet material, the undersurface
of the anti checking paper layer (5) is coated with an adhesive film layer (6);
a paper layer coated adhesive (7) bonded to the adhesive film layer (6); and a fiat
plate (3), which is bonded to the flat bottomed sheet material with the paper layer
(7) by hot pressing to form the decorative laminated sheet.
