[Problem] Provided is a decorative irradiation device using an LED, wherein there is no loss of decorative effect in the lighting device, and the waterproof property of the lighting device is improved in consideration of the outdoor use of the lighting device. [Solution] The present invention is characterized in that: the decorative lighting device comprises a luminous body that is provided with an LED, a lead that supplies power to the luminous body, and a translucent seal body that houses the luminous body; the seal body is provided with a light-emitting part that houses the luminous body, and a light source body that comprises a sealing part to which the light-emitting part is provided so as to be continuous therewith; the bottom outside surface of the light-emitting part is provided with a translucent protective cover extending toward the sealing part; a cap is mounted on the sealing part; the cap is formed of a base part for housing and holding the sealing part, and a translucent clamping member provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the sealing part; a waterproof cover that comprises an elastic member, and a pressing member that presses the preventive cover, are provided between the sealing part and the clamping member; and the base part and the clamping member are caused to engage, whereby the pressing member presses the waterproof cover and causes tight adhesion to the sealing part.
