Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent an adhesive from protruding from between edge members and an attachment surface therefor when manufacturing a decorative panel. A decorative panel (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a wooden panel (2); a water-proofing agent (4) impregnated into the outer peripheral region of end surfaces (20) of the wooden panel (2); an adhesive (5) applied to the central region surrounded by the outer peripheral region of the end surfaces (20); and edge members (3) bonded onto the end surfaces (20) using the adhesive (5). A method for manufacturing a decorative panel according to the present invention comprises: impregnating the outer peripheral region of end surfaces (20) of a wooden panel (2) with a water-proofing agent (4); applying an adhesive (5) to the central region surrounded by the outer peripheral region of the end surfaces (20); and bonding edge members (3) onto the end surfaces (20) using the adhesive (5).
