Abstract:
A decorative sheet exhibiting low glossy metallic luster, which has a base material sheet (1) and, a metallic luster layer (2) and a low glossy resin layer (3) containing a frosting agent provided on the base material sheet in a manner so that they are arranged in the order of the low glossy resin layer and then the metallic luster layer when observed from one side of the sheet, wherein the low glossy resin layer has a great number of minute openings (4) and the metallic luster layer can be seen without passing through the low glossy resin layer in the minute openings; and a laminate comprising a substrate and the above decorative sheet produced by a forming method or the like. A feeling of metallic luster being low glossy and simultaneously highly bright can be achieved by the metallic luster layer being seen through the minute openings. Further, the change of gloss during forming is reduced.
