Abstract:
The present technology relates to a decryption device and method, an encryption device and method, and a program that enable the realization of pipeline parallel operations in block units of encryption or decryption processing. An IMVF generation unit generates movement candidate information of a current frame on the basis of movement information of an already decrypted reference frame, from among up to a prescribed number of reference frames counting from the reference frame closest in display order to the current frame. The present technology is applicable to an encryption device or a decryption device.
