Abstract:
The invention discloses a dedicated controller and method for a household kitchen garbage disposal, wherein a circuit structure of the controller comprises a double-pole double-throw relay (K1) for controlling the switching of a motor secondary winding (SW); a second bidirectional silicon controlled switch (Q2) for respectively controlling the on/off of the double-pole double-throw relay (K1) and the motor secondary winding (SW), and a first bidirectional silicon controlled switch (Q1) for controlling the on/off of a main winding (RW); and a central processor (U1) which controls the start and operation of a motor, the power-on automatic reversing and automatic reversing during blocking by means of the first bidirectional silicon controlled switch (Q1), the second bidirectional silicon controlled switch (Q2) and the double-pole double-throw relay (K1). The dedicated controller and method achieves the start, the operation, the reversing during blocking, the power-on reversing and the protection during overheating of a garbage disposal, and provides arc extinguishing and vibration resistance for a relay.
