Abstract:
A dedicated polyester industrial yarn for marine hawsers, and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of industrial yarn. The preparation method for the dedicated polyester industrial yarn for marine hawsers comprises the following steps: S1, preparing recycled polyester chips; S2, high-viscosity, anti-UV modified polyester chips; S3. antimicrobial masterbatch; S4. mixing the high-viscosity anti-UV modified polyester chips with the antimicrobial masterbatch, performing extrusion and melting to form a spinning melt, and then measuring, spraying and cooling to form a filament; S5. spraying a waterproof, acid and alkali-resistant layer on a surface of the filament; S6. oiling the filament for the first time; S7. performing two-stage stretching and one-stage relaxation heat setting on the filament, then twisting processing, second oiling, and winding, so as to obtain the dedicated polyester industrial yarn for marine hawsers. The prepared dedicated polyester industrial yarn for marine hawsers not only has high strength, good abrasion resistance, and high durability against ultraviolet rays, but also has good antimicrobial properties, strong corrosion resistance and seawater resistance, which can significantly increase service life.
