Abstract:
Disclosed are a deep hole broken bolt removal tool for a wind turbine hub, and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: step a: acquiring a depth La of a deep hole in a wind turbine hub, and a diameter Ra of a broken bolt; step b: according to the data acquired in step a, determining a manufacturing parameter of a broken bolt removal tool; step c: after determining the manufacturing parameter of the broken bolt removal tool, machining the broken bolt removal tool by means of a machining apparatus. In the present invention, a broken bolt removal tool is machined by means of a machining apparatus, such that a parameter of the broken bolt removal tool can be effectively determined and manufactured according to specified parameters of the deep hole of the wind turbine hub and the broken bolt, so that the broken bolt removal tool can be effectively adapted to the deep hole of the wind turbine hub and the broken bolt, and the removal efficiency of the broken bolt removal tool can be greatly improved; structurally, by means of performing expansion using a tool head to increase friction force, a threaded clamp can be combined more tightly to the broken bolt, without being prone to falling off.
