Abstract:
A deep-sea ore hydraulic lifting system having a deep-sea single high-pressure silo feeding apparatus, comprising a water injection pump (1), a water injection vertical pipe (2), the deep-sea single high-pressure silo feeding apparatus (3), a lifting vertical pipe (4), a dewatering apparatus (5), and a pipe (6). The water injection pump (1) and the dewatering apparatus (5) are fixed on a mining vessel (7). The water injection pump (1) is in communication with the deep-sea single high-pressure silo feeder apparatus (3) via the water injection vertical pipe (2). The deep-sea single high-pressure silo feeder apparatus (3) is in communication with the dewatering apparatus (5) via the lifting vertical pipe (4). The water injection pump (1) is in communication with the dewatering apparatus (5) via the pipe (6). The hydraulic lifting system utilizes the water injection pump (1) to pump seawater into the water injection vertical pipe (2), then utilizes the deep-sea single high-pressure silo feeding apparatus (3) to deliver an ore into a high-pressure pipe (10) to be mixed with seawater, lifts the mixture of the ore and seawater to the surface mining vessel (7), and utilizes the dewatering apparatus (5) on the mining vessel (7) to pump separated seawater back into the water injection vertical pipe (2), thus forming a semi-closed circulation system. The hydraulic lifting system has a reduced number of moving parts, is highly reliable and environmentally friendly, and has increased work efficiency and great reliability.
