Abstract:
A deep-water foundation and construction device. The deep-water foundation comprises an upper foundation (1) and a lower foundation (2); the upper foundation (1) is hollow, and a guide device of the lower foundation (2) or a lower foundation construction device (4) is provided in the cavity; the bottom of the upper foundation (1) is cut into the rock and soil by means of an upper foundation construction device (3) using the self-weight or the negative pressure; the bottom of the lower foundation (2) is provided with chain cutters (5) during construction; the lower foundation construction device (4) comprises a fixed guiding device (4-1), a chain cutter power transmission device (4-2), a spoil treatment device (4-3), and a rack (4-4) which are provided in the cavity of the upper foundation (1). Also disclosed is a construction method for the deep-water foundation and construction device.
