Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a defect identification method for an X-ray weld seam image, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a machine learning training network (S1); preprocessing an image (S2) to obtain an image subjected to primary denoising; performing secondary denoising on the image subjected to primary denoising (S3); performing binarization processing on the image subjected to secondary denoising (S4); performing morphological processing on a binarized weld seam defect feature map (S5); and traversing pixels in the binarized weld seam defect feature map subjected to morphological processing (S6). According to the present invention, first detection is performed on weld seam defect features in an image by means of a machine learning model to obtain a weld seam defect feature image; and then binarization processing is performed on the weld seam defect feature image to obtain a binarized weld seam defect feature image, and secondary detection is performed to determine whether a target object has a weld seam defect. In the detection process, detection is performed twice in combination with a machine learning model and a connected area, thereby reducing error detection and improving detection accuracy.
