Abstract:
A deformable conductive connection mechanism (100), comprising: a contact guide seat (110) and two contact pieces (120, 130). The two contact pieces (120, 130) are mounted on two sides of the contact guide seat (110) by means of several limiting pins (140) and spring pins (150), and a vacuum switch movable contact (101) comes into contact with the contact pieces (120, 130) by means of the guiding by the contact guide seat (110); the contact pieces (120, 130) move in a limiting range of the limiting pins (140), and the spring pins (150) are used for adjusting pressing forces of the contact pieces (120, 130) on the vacuum switch movable contact (101); contact balls (160, 170) are mounted on inner sides of the contact pieces (120, 130), and the contact pieces (120, 130) are connected to a contact seat (190) by means of the contact balls (160, 170); and a bus (180) is connected to the contact seat (190). By means of the movable-joint-type connection of the contact balls (160, 170) and the contact seat (190) and the pressing forces of the spring pins (150), the vacuum switch movable contact (101) remains reliably connected to the contact pieces (120, 130) during the whole movement process, thereby realizing a conductive connection between the vacuum switch movable contact (101), which moves in a non-linear manner, and the bus (180), and meeting conductive connection requirements of a new rotary switch.
