Abstract:
Provided are a deformable stimuli responsive material and a preparation method therefor, and a stimuli responsive flexible micro-electrode array, wherein the deformable stimuli responsive material is provided with a partial Young's modulus difference, the deformable stimuli responsive material is formed by at least one of a thermal response material, a photo-thermal response material, a magnetic thermal response material, an electro-heat response material, a humidity response material and a pH response material, and the deformable stimuli responsive material may be transformed into a three-dimensional structure from a planar two-dimensional structure under one of or more than one of the external stimulus conditions of temperature, light, magnetism, electricity, humidity and pH. Modifying the material at the back surface of a planar flexible micro-electrode array can realize three-dimensional deformation of the flexible micro-electrode array by means of an external stimulus, and controllable shaping and precise regulation and control of curvature of a traditional planar flexible micro-electrode array can be realized further by means of regulating the thickness or crosslinking degree, etc. of the deformable stimuli responsive material.
