Abstract:
Provided is a technique for deforming a crosslinkable liquid-crystal polymer material containing photochromic molecules, without using the irradiation of ultraviolet-blue light, wherein ultra-short pulse light is irradiated on a crosslinkable liquid-crystal polymer material (12) containing photochromic molecules (101), and the crosslinkable liquid-crystal polymer material (12) is deformed as a result of isomerisation being induced due to two-photon absorption by the photochromic molecules (101).
