Abstract:
The present invention relates to a defrosting plate for defrosting frozen foods, wherein the defrosting plate comprises: a main body; a laying part that is formed on a top surface of the main body and that has a plurality of furrows spaced apart at certain intervals; a plurality of flat heat exchanging fins formed protruding from the bottom surface of the main body; a protruding guide formed protruding along the edge of the main body; a plurality of pointed protrusions that are arranged in the laying part and that are formed spaced apart at certain intervals so as to more rapidly exchange a large amount of heat with the air and thereby enhance defrosting efficiency.
