Abstract:
A degassing pipeline for a cable, comprising: a vertical tower extruder (16) and a degassing chamber (17), the vertical tower extruder and the degassing chamber being connected by means of a cable insulated core (18). The cable insulated core is composed of a copper core stranded conductor (13) and a shielding insulation layer (14), and the shielding insulation layer is wrapped on the outer wall of the copper core stranded conductor. Several supporting rollers (19) and steering supporting rollers (20) are mounted between the vertical tower extruder and the degassing chamber. Several high-frequency heating coils (15) are mounted between two supporting rollers, the high-frequency heating coils are rings provided with openings at the bottom ends, and the cable insulated core passes through the high-frequency heating coils. During the production process of the insulated core, the degassing pipeline heats the cable conductor by means of the high-frequency heating coils, so that the insulated core can be produced and heated at the same time, achieving the effect of online degassing, saving the degassing time, improving the production efficiency of the cable, and achieving a better degassing effect.
