Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of photosensitizers. Disclosed are a degradable near-infrared photosensitizer, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The degradable near-infrared photosensitizer is any one of a porphyrin compound, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate, a noncovalent-bond compound, a complex and a prodrug thereof, wherein the structure of the porphyrin compound is as shown in formula (1). Disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for and the use of the degradable near-infrared photosensitizer. The degradable near-infrared photosensitizer of the present invention can be degraded while generating active oxygen under illumination, and after illumination ends, the photosensitizer is completely converted into a low-toxicity substance without photoactivity, such that the problem in the prior art of photosensitizer residues is effectively solved.
