Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of new materials. Disclosed are a degradable thin film of a disposable bag for biopharmacy and the use thereof. The thin film altogether comprises five layers, i.e. a protective layer, a first adhesive layer, a high-barrier layer, a second adhesive layer and a liquid contact layer from outside to inside. The degradable thin film in some examples of the present invention has a high biodegradation velocity, also has good biocompatibility and strength, toughness and a high barrier property, and meets rigorous requirements of disposable bags for biopharmacy. By using a large number of completely biodegradable materials and optimizing the composition, the degradable thin film has good biodegradability/compostability while having good mechanical properties, a high barrier property and biocompatibility, and a disposable bag made of the degradable thin film can be directly buried for a composting treatment upon sterilization after use.
