Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dehydration and drying device for handling waste water sludge, and the dehydration and drying device comprises: supporters which are erected to face each other; a sludge supply hopper and a discharge hopper which are installed on the top of one side of said supporters; high-temperature heat rollers which are disposed between said hoppers and are configured to rotate on the supporters; a gear driving unit which is configured to drive said rollers en bloc; and upper and lower filter belts which are disposed in a caterpillar type in contact with the surface of said rollers, and are guided by guide rollers and tension rollers for adjusting the position by a cylinder operation, wherein said upper filter belt is disposed between said hoppers, and the lower filter belt is disposed between the lower side of said supply hopper and the upper side of the discharge hopper such that the lower filter belt supplies to the lower filter belt the waste-water sludge supplied to the supply hopper and dehydrates and dries the sludge in contact with the surface of said high temperature heat rollers while the sludge is covered with the upper filter belt.
