Abstract:
A delay measurement apparatus (S00) and measurement method, which relate to the technical field of high-accuracy measurement of hardware circuits. The apparatus comprises: a data source module (100), which is used for outputting calibration data; a digital-to-analog conversion module (200), which is connected to the data source module (100) and is used for converting the calibration data into an analog calibration signal, wherein the analog calibration signal comprises periodic signals of at least two different features; an analog-to-digital conversion module (300), which is directly connected to the digital-to-analog conversion module (200) so as to form a first loop, and is connected to the digital-to-analog conversion module (200) by means of a sample to be subjected to measurement (10) so as to form a second loop; and a calculation module (400), which is used for acquiring a first time parameter according to the analog calibration signal and a first collection signal, acquiring a second time parameter according to the analog calibration signal and a second collection signal, and calculating the delay of said sample (10) according to the first time parameter and the second time parameter. Delay measurement is performed on said sample (10) by using the calibration signal comprising the periodic signals of at least two different features, such that the problem of it being difficult to determine the starting moment of high-frequency multi-period signals is solved.
