Abstract:

A delivery apparatus (1000) is used for delivering a main stent (800) comprising a window structure (811). The delivery apparatus (1000) comprises: a sheath-core assembly (100); an outer sheath tube (200) that is hollow and sleeved outside the sheath-core assembly (100), a delivery gap (210) existing between the outer sheath tube (200) and the sheath-core assembly (100), and the distal end of the delivery gap (210) being used for accommodating the contracted main stent (800); a pre-embedded guide wire (710) extending into the distal end of the delivery gap (210) from the proximal end of the delivery gap (210), the distal end of the pre-embedded guide wire (710) being used for entering the inside of the main stent (800) from the outside of the main stent (800) through the window structure (811), and the pre-embedded guide wire (710) being used for guiding a branch guide wire (910) to penetrate through the window structure (811) of the main stent (800) from the inside of the main stent (800). The delivery apparatus can reduce the difficulty of the branch guide wire in penetrating through the main stent.
