Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a delivery management device, a parcel delivery system, and a program, which enable an optimized delivery to be realized. In the present invention, a preparation unit of the delivery management device prepares a delivery plan for a movable body on the basis of: a loading time period required for loading parcels into the movable body and/or a reception time period required for receiving each parcel from the movable body; and a circulation time period required for passing at least two locations among loading locations for loading parcels and reception locations for receiving parcels. The movable body is provided with a box, and the parcels are loaded into the box. The movable body travels to destinations on the basis of the delivery plan, and delivers the parcels to recipients. The present technology is applicable to a case where parcels are delivered to a plurality of recipients.
