Abstract:
Provided is a delivery support system (10) provided with: a generation unit (23) that generates a first route and a second route different from each other for a delivery car (4) to arrive at a first target position (5-1) and a second target position (5-2); a first calculation unit (24) that calculate a first evaluation value of the first target position and a second evaluation value of the second target position regarding the first route and calculates a third evaluation value of the first target position and a fourth evaluation value of the second target position regarding the second route; a second calculation unit (25) that calculates the worst value of the first evaluation value and the second evaluation value as a fifth evaluation value of the first route and calculates the worst evaluation value of the third evaluation value and the fourth evaluation value as a sixth evaluation value of the second route; and a determination unit (26) that determines a route corresponding to the best value of the fifth evaluation value and the sixth evaluation value. The first calculation unit is configured to calculate the first evaluation value and the third evaluation value on the basis of a first priority of the first target position and to calculate the second evaluation value and the fourth evaluation value on the basis of a second priority of the second target position.
